Ordering:
Our normal business hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm (EST). Any orders received, for in-stock merchandise, by 3:00pm (EST) will ship the same day. Any orders received after 3:00pm will ship the next business day.
*If your order is sent after 3:00pm (EST) and MUST ship that day, please email retail@topoftherocknyc.com and we will do our best to ship your order that day.

Delivery:
All orders will ship by Fedex, per the selected method.

Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise, simply return the merchandise within thirty (30) days of receipt to Top of the Rock eStore with a copy of your order confirmation and a brief description of your dissatisfaction and we will replace the damaged or defective goods.
